Galaxy Theatres Welcomes SummerFest 2022
Our favorite time of the year is back again! SummerFest 2022 is a jam packed and joy filled family film paradise for all! All Galaxy locations plan to welcome an assortment of animated films that are guaranteed to hit the spot for kids, families, and those of all ages! JUNE
Rolling into theatres for the first leg of Galaxy Theatres’ SummerFest are a collection of some of Illumination andDreamWorks Animation’s most well known and loved films. Starting the month off strong with Despicable Me showing June 7th & 9th, will leave minion lovers wanting more, and we have the solution! Minions, the beloved successor to the original Despicable Me will be showing June 14th & 16th. Not a fan of tiny yellow minions? Then head over to Galaxy for the third leg of SummerFest in June for How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World hitting theatres June 21st & 23rd. Tired of the heat this summer? Then Abominable is the perfect solution for you! Showing on June 28th & 30th, bring family, friends, and everyone in between to Galaxy Theaters this June!
JULY
Peak summertime has finally arrived this July at Galaxy Theatres, so let your happiness loose with Sing 2. Hitting theatres on July 5th & 7th, Sing 2 is the fan favorite sequel to the original film of the same name. Staying on theme with widely loved sequels, Boss Baby: Family Business will set up shop in theatres July 12th & 14th, followed by Trolls World Tour July 19th& 21st. Closing out the month is the classic film by DreamWorks Animation, Kung Fu Panda on July 26th & 28th. Don’t miss out on all the action!
AUGUST
The final month of SummerFest at Galaxy Theatres is sure to satisfy fans of all kinds. Bringing crowd favorite animated films back to the big screen for the perfect summer activity! Following shortly after the hit sequel, Sing will be showing at Galaxy Theatres August 2nd & 4th. Soaring into the next week, The Secret Life of Pets 2 will be returning to theatres for a limited time on August 9th & 11th at all Galaxy locations! Much like Sing, following shortly after the showing of the smash hit sequel, How to Train Your Dragon will be flying back to theatres this August as well, hitting the big screen on August 16th& 18th. Lastly, to finish out the stellar lineup of films for SummerFest 2022, The Croods: A New Age will return to theatres August 23rd & 25th.
